We therefore strongly believe that great design is about creating experiences that support user needs and our approach to user-centred design has been heavily influenced by the research of the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g).
As the world leader in research-based user experience, NN/g share insights and evidence-based research that we often utilise in our design process. While our projects involve our own qualitative user research programmes, our teams will often share the guiding principles of NN/g and its UX slogans, which clearly explain how to avoid common design oversights.
