The acquisition, and subsequent integration of Optimizely into Episerver marks a huge benefit for existing Episerver & Optimizely customers alike, and presents agencies such as us ourselves with opportunities to deliver data driven personalised experiences at scale.
The combined experience of both market leading platforms will allow brands to run better experiments across both the front-end and backend logic with easy-to-use, tailored recommendations. By providing real-time answers brands will be able to accelerate collaboration and create a more responsive customer experience. The ability to measure outcomes of different options will also give brands the ability to orchestrate unique digital experiences for each customer at scale.
