Business challenge

Telefonica offers a broad range of mobile advertising products and services to B2B customers across the globe. With a growing need to provide stronger awareness and understanding of their mobile advertising solutions online, Telefonica approached us to help them build a set of new websites.  

They required a solution that would assist their regional sales teams to drive both global and local leads, helping to connect prospects across a range of markets in both Europe and Latin America.

Our approach

We worked closely with stakeholders to understand their unique set of products and advertising solutions in the context of their different markets. We then began defining solutions that would complement their current sales process and address their content requirements.

The result was a set of multilingual branded websites designed to drive a much stronger awareness and understanding of Telefonica’s business and products and promote their case studies and thought leadership in a more consistent and accessible way.

We implemented a straightforward and easy to use CMS that allowed editors the flexibility to create and publish new content quickly and efficiently, enabling sales teams to keep their markets engaged during the sales process. 

Our solution launched in time for an important LATM conference with the website used as an essential part of Telefonica’s marketing and sales strategy.

Results

Our multilingual online solution provides Telefonica’s global advertising team with a web platform for their local country teams to use in sales and marketing initiatives. Feedback from Telefonica has been very positive with numerous leads secured through the marketing website.

Based on the success of the project and our working relationship with Telefonica we were asked to create another online solution to promote their bulk solutions. Again, working closely with stakeholders we designed and built a website to meet the needs of their business in this unique market. We continue to support Telefonica with ongoing initiatives.
